Values, Missions & CSR

The GODET Group has always made quality, safety, and ethics fundamental priorities in its operations. These principles guide every stage of its development from product design to customer relationship management, as well as social and environmental responsibility. The GODET Group does more than simply meet its customers’ expectations; it strives to exceed them by offering innovative and sustainable solutions that address today’s and tomorrow’s societal challenges.

The GODET Group’s core values

The GODET Group is built on strong values shared by all our employees. These values are the key to our success and form the foundation on which the company builds its future.

  • Innovation Innovation: Innovation is at the heart of the group’s strategy. By investing regularly in research and development, the GODET Group has positioned itself as a leader in the manufacturing of technical products.
  • Quality Quality: The GODET Group is committed to offering products of the highest quality. All products manufactured by the group undergo rigorous inspections and are certified to comply with the strictest safety standards. Customer satisfaction is built on the assurance of the quality of the products and services provided.
  • Responsibility Responsibility: The group is deeply committed to a responsible approach, both socially and environmentally. Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) is a strategic priority for the GODET Group, which integrates sustainable practices at every level of its operations. Reducing its environmental impact, managing resources responsibly, and ensuring everyone’s safety are daily priorities for the group.

CSR and sustainable development

The GODET Group is firmly committed to a sustainable development policy, striving to limit the environmental impact of its activities. Our commitments are reflected in the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and in the special attention given to the selection of our suppliers.

Since 2010, our factory located in Burgundy has been equipped with more than 2,000 m² of solar panels, and we are actively working to expand this installation.

As part of our environmental approach, we promote the use of hybrid and electric vehicles for our employees, thereby reducing our reliance on more polluting combustion engines. Charging stations have also been installed at our sites to encourage the adoption of clean vehicles.

The GODET Group is also committed to reducing waste generated by production. Through strong partnerships, we recycle and reuse a large portion of the residues produced by our activities.

Furthermore, we are investing heavily in improving working conditions, particularly by reducing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), through the integration of robots and automated systems into our production lines.

Committed to the energy transition and the preservation of resources for future generations, we continue to pursue our efforts to adopt increasingly responsible production and resource-management policies.

Quality and safety

Safety is an absolute priority for the GODET Group, particularly due to the risks associated with lifting, pulling, material-handling equipment, and work at height. The group is committed to providing products and services that ensure the safety of end users. This includes regular inspections, updating equipment in accordance with the strictest standards, and continuous training for teams on best safety practices.

The GODET Group regularly checks the compliance of its products with current quality and safety standards. This certification reflects the group’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in safety and quality, ensuring the protection of its customers, partners, and employees.

A future focused on sustainability

One of the GODET Group’s main missions is to contribute to the transition toward a more sustainable world. This involves adopting more environmentally friendly practices, innovating in materials and solutions, and integrating the entire value chain into a sustainable approach. The group is working toward a future in which economic performance goes hand in hand with environmental respect and individual well-being.
